How-to do Cobra Pose, Yoga Tutorial
Cobra pose is a backbend posture commonly found in yoga flows such as sun salutations as it is a great transitional posture.
Cobra pose helps to stretch the chest, lungs, shoulders and abdomen.
It builds strength in the spine and glutes as well as helping to firm the buttocks – hell yeah!
Please note if you have any back issues, practice this pose with caution, or reduce the intensity and do sphinx pose instead.
