Exercise – but just in a more, using yoga-based training techniques! I offer a range of sessions and 121 coaching programs designed to meet your individual goals – from general wellbeing and mobility improvement to weight loss and fitness. Suitable for total beginners and advanced yogis alike. Can also be combined with genetic testing and nutritional coaching for maximum results – fast!

Turning my face to face classes online is a completely new experience for me. I was still able to keep that personal touch that Harriet offers as well continue on my yoga development. Wellbeing is even more important in these unsettled times so I am thrilled I am able to switch to virtual yoga sessions and still get the same benefit. I started Flotality's Flo at Home online yoga classes 1 month ago having never done yoga before. To begin with, I was very stiff and didn’t have the strength or range. I persevered despite not being able to do some of the poses and am now definitely seeing the benefits now. I have a long way to go to master the poses and breathing but I look forward to each session and to see how I have improved from the first day. I also find myself slowing everything down with a kind of peaceful control. I have even lost some weight which is a bonus! Don’t hesitate to try it. I wish I had done it years ago! ￼
