We have re-opened our studio doors (or the garden in this case!) for outdoor coaching. Come and relax, unwind and progress your practice with me on the mat (at a safe social distance of course) in my beautiful sub-tropical garden!

Each class is just 20-30 mins long, so easy to fit in and around your schedule, with a variety of styles to choose from – restorative, fitness, flow or skill.
ONLINE YOGA WORKSHOPS

Focused on one particular pose, theme, or skill area, to help you develop your practice further.
Suitable for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
Sticking to your fitness routine at home can be hard for some. Online yoga coaching is a brilliant way to keep you at it! Keeping you accountable and best of all keep you fit and healthy with all these bugs flying around at the moment!

Our nutrition service assists clients in finding the right balance and diet for them, be that to improve fitness performance, aid better health and weight loss or balance hormones, we always offer tailored solutions to meet the individuals needs.
