Enjoy a range of styles, from energising vinyasa flows and fitness yoga to focusing on specific postures in our workshops or just unwind and stretch!
Each class is between 20-30 mins long, so easy to fit in and around your family and schedule at home, focusing on one theme – move & breathe fitness yoga, or restorative postures.
Beginners are more than welcome and encouraged to come and try every class! Like-wise, I also encourage regular and advanced yogis to come and join in on the fun too. All movements can be scaled or advanced accordingly.

Enjoy 30 mins of complete bliss with this low intensity, gentle yoga class. Moving in tune with your breath through basic hatha yoga postures.
These sessions will leave you feeling relaxed, re-focused and re-energised.
Give your body and mind a mid-week boost. Unwind during this slow-paced class moving through a sequence of deep stretches to help relieve tightness and tension, aid muscle recovery and help recharge, refocus calm the mind.
