Over the next three weeks join me on the mat for weekly mobility sessions focusing on building strength and flexibility in the ankle joint. Accompanied with these sessions you will also receive a daily email each with a different tip, exercise or posture to try that will help to improve overall mobility and strength of the ankle too.
