Flow With Me 30-Day Yoga Challenge – have you tried it yet? It’s free!

Back at the start of the first lockdown, I held a 30-day FREE yoga challenge to help keep everyone active, entertained and help them keep up and explore their yoga practice.

However, I haven’t really promoted it since, so it’s kind of turned into a bit of a hidden gem on my website.  So, I thought I better start talking about it again!

I’m sure nearly every yoga teacher has a yoga challenge of sorts that they offer and with so many out there to try you might be thinking – why should I try yours?

And I don’t blame you – I also advocate using different coaches as you get different things from different individuals that will help you improve and progress, so maybe give those guys and girls a go too!

But start with mine 😉

Why should you try my free yoga challenge?

If you have ever enjoyed a lesson with me online, or in-person, then you will have experienced my fun, playful style that pushes and challenges my students to go further than they ever imagined, whilst educating them about what they are doing, the benefits and why…

And essentially this challenge does just that…

It’s suitable for all levels to enjoy – maybe not every pose, but most, and for the ones that challenge you I give progressions and pointers to help you get there eventually…

This yoga challenge will help you to…

Learn the basics

I teach the fundamentals of yoga, the basics, the beginner level postures and even a video guide or two to help you start to flow…

Achieve correct alignment

Alignment and correct positioning when learning online can always be a concern.  This challenge allows you time to explore and understand various poses fully without feeling rushed as you might do in a class environment…

Learn how to transition with ease

I give tips for transitions, for example – hands up who struggles to step smoothly into their lunge from down-facing dog?  I will show you how & why…

Explore progressions

I will help you progress in your practice, teaching perhaps slightly more advanced (but playful) poses, with progressions to achieving them.

Challenge yourself & succeed!

I will challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility – I am a big functional fitness advocate, yoga supports me in my training, but my training also allows me to be stronger in my yoga practice…
