HIIT Yoga

Using yoga-based training techniques with dynamic movement in a HIIT style format to condition the body and boost fitness levels. Over the period of the course, you should notice a difference in your strength, stability, mobility and stamina.

This class can be taken at your own pace and is suitable for complete beginners – all movements can be scaled or adapted to suit the individual.
