Do you want to improve mobility, tone up and de-stress all at the same time?
Programmed with the complete beginner in mind, this 1.5 hr gentle yoga workshop will guide you through the basic hatha yoga postures, focusing on correct alignment and posture as well as helping with all of the above. By the end of the workshop, you will have learnt the basic movements of hatha yoga with some progression, and you should feel confident enough to come and join in with one of our group SLO Flo sessions to further your practice. We hope that you will also leave feeling some of the amazing benefits this practice can give to the body!
