Our 4-week personal training programs help clients achieve their goals through expert fitness coaching with support to keep them accountable throughout.
During your 4-week program you will get:
- Initial consultation to discuss your goals and current health
- 2 x 30-min Fitness Yoga Personal Training Sessions per week, (option to combine for a 1-hour session) in-studio or online
- Full access to Flo at Home online yoga classes
- Nutritional advice and guidance
- Support & weekly accountability check-ins
