Enjoy one hour of complete bliss with this low intensity, gentle yoga class. Moving in tune with your breath through basic hatha yoga postures.
For beginners, this course will take you through the key hatha yoga postures connecting each pose and moving with breath at a slower pace than our normal classes, giving you the time to get to grips with the movements.
For those returning to the mat, this slightly slower pace will re-introduce you back to movement with breath, working through those familiar key postures, with special attention paid to alignment and modification options if required.
For fitness enthusiats, this class would also be beneficial to your existing fitness routine. Offering a restorative option that aids mobility and flexibly whilst at the same time easing sore muscles.
A slightly faster pace, focuing on general fitness, with more progressional postures to challenge and excite your yoga practice.
Enjoy 45 minutes of fun, playful, mobility flows with our energetic FLO FIT online fitness yoga classes.
Focusing purely on yoga for fitness – building strength, stability, mobility and endurance through dynamic movements.
Suitable for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
