Every class is guided by myself, Harriet. So you can all enjoy my friendly face as if you were here in the studio with me!
Classes range between 20-mins to 30-mins long, so easy to fit in around family, work and other training you might have on!

Beginners are more than welcome and encouraged to come and try every class! Like-wise, I also encourage regular and advanced yogis to come and join in on the fun too. All movements can be scaled or advanced accordingly.

Rise & FLO
20 min energising flow to start your day
Start your day off right, wake up, energise and focus!
Enjoy a gentle flow starting with sun salutations followed by some energising, awakening postures to help get you up and focused for the day ahead!
Hips & Shoulders
25 min dynamic yoga class
Release tightness and tension, improve movement range and get loose with me on the mat!
A dynamic style yoga class, combining mobility movement and flow, focusing purely on mobility and tension release within the most common problem areas – the hips and the shoulders.
This class will help improve movement range, as well as support injury prevention and relieve aches and niggles.
20 min slow flow with 10 min guided relaxation
A slower-paced class format, perfect for beginners or those just returning to the mat.
Enjoy 30 mins of complete bliss with this low intensity, gentle yoga class. Moving in tune with your breath through basic hatha yoga postures.
30 min HIIT style fitness class
Get fit, tone up & lose weight with this Tabata style class that will raise your pulse and build a sweat.
Enjoy a little taster of our popular studio class, using yoga-based training techniques with dynamic movement in a HIIT style format to condition the body and boost fitness levels.
Take this class at your own pace – suitable for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
20 min mobility workshop
Unlock tight muscles, improve range of movement, stretch off and relax
Good mobility and joint stability will reduce injury risk as well as help fix old niggles – your body will feel so much better – less stiff, less tight, fewer aches and pains.
With greater movement range combined with better joint strength, you will unlock your body’s full potential and improve your functional fitness performance too.
