I finally feel brave enough, and ready, to re-open my studio doors now that restrictions are being lifted and there is less back and forth with government rules changing plans.

However, that being said, COVID-19 is still out there and I want to make sure that as I reopen my studio doors I can assure my students that I will be taking precautions still to keep everybody safe, including myself.

Please see below my thoughts and plans on how I will be doing this.


  1. All classes, courses and workshops should be booked online via the website in advance. You can pay by PayPal, debit or credit card or bank transfer upon request.
  2. Studio sessions will be limited to a maximum of 3 students, windows and doors will be open where possible to ensure good airflow.
  3. Drop-in class passes will still not be available. Weekly classes will be run in a course style booking format to limit the mixing of households as much as possible. This means you will be with the same people each week.
  4. Please confirm you have no symptoms 24 hours before via email or text for every booking.
  5. Please do not attend an appointment if you feel unwell, someone in your household is showing COVID-19 symptoms or has been sent home to self-isolate.
  6. You will be asked to sanitise your hands before and after class upon entry and exit with anti-bac gel. I will do the same.
  7. Sanitised mats and equipment will be available, however, if you prefer to bring your own mat (and I would advise this if possible) please do so.
  8. Please bring a bottle of water with you.
