MOBILISE

Mobility plays a huge role in many CrossFit movements including lifting, squatting and gymnastics. Yoga can greatly improve an athletes ability to reach depth, kip better and lift correctly. An athletes flexibility also can determine if they can bail out of a lift without hurting themselves or not – bend, don’t break!

STRENGTHEN

Being flexible and mobile is not good without good joint stability and strength. Yoga can help achieve this without putting your muscles and joints under further strain and fatigue.

SKILLS & DRILLS

Yoga is not all about stretching! From arm balances and inversions to pistol squat progressions, build up your body weight skills.
