A semi-private, low-intensity, gentle yoga class, perfect for beginners or those just returning to the mat.
Enjoy some TLC, moving in tune with your breath through basic hatha yoga postures in our beautiful, tranquil, garden room.
For beginners, this course will take you through the key hatha yoga postures connecting each pose and moving with breath at a slower pace than our normal classes, giving you the time to get to grips with the movements.
For those returning to the mat, this slightly slower pace will re-introduce you back to movement with breath, working through those familiar key postures, with special attention paid to alignment and modification options if required.
This class would also be beneficial to those who already have a fitness routine, looking for a restorative option that would improve their mobility and flexibility whilst at the same time easing sore muscles.

Who this class is aimed at?
This class is aimed at those who have already taken our Beginners Yoga course or might have tried yoga once before but need to start off with a slower-paced class whilst they get used to the movements. For that reason also, this course is a good option for those who have not practised yoga in a while and want to return to the mat.
How many people are in the class?
There will only ever be a maximum of 3 in these classes, this allows the teacher time to get round to each individual and provide hands-on tuition throughout each class.
