Using yoga-based training techniques with dynamic movement in a HIIT style format to condition the body and boost fitness levels. Over the period of the course, you should notice a difference in your strength, stability, mobility and stamina.
This class can be taken at your own pace and is suitable for complete beginners – all movements can be scaled or adapted to suit the individual.

Who this Fitness Yoga class is aimed at?
Complete beginners or advanced yogis alike. This class uses yoga-based movements in a cardiovascular format to burn and sculpt – just like a HIIT class. Therefore is perfect for anyone looking to improve their fitness (or get started), tone and sculpt.
How many people are in the class?
This is a semi-private class. There will only ever be a maximum of 3 in these classes, this allows the teacher time to get round to each individual and provide hands-on tuition throughout each class.
