This 60-min virtual workshop is aimed at both beginners and intermediate yogis alike.
In this headstand workshop, you will learn all the necessary techniques to practise safely, with confidence, beginner progressions and inverted postures before working into headstand with progressions for all levels and variations for the more advanced yogis amongst you!
Yoga inversions can bring many health benefits including helping to build upper body strength and mobility, as well as promoting blood flow and helping to calm the nervous system.
If you have ever wanted to learn how to headstand, then this is the workshop for you! Banish those fears of falling and learn how to access this empowering pose as well as how to incorporate headstands into your regular yoga practice with ease.

What do you need to bring to the headstand workshop?
- Yoga mat
- A cushion if you want
- A wall to hand for support if needed
