All live classes are hosted on Zoom. please make sure you download the app before class.
Access details (link and password) will be shared with you prior to class via email.
You can use Zoom on your mobile device, desktop or via web browser on your TV.
Harriet provides a fun, friendly and relaxed environment for you to practise yoga – be that for the first time or not!
Classes always start with a warm up, before moving into the focus of the main session. At the end you will be taken through a guided cooldown and possibly even a mini relaxation to finish.
Feel free to ask questions or voice any concerns and Harriet will support you accordingly.
Comfortable attire such as leggings or joggers and a t-shirt. Please be aware that you will be twisting and moving into various positions throughout the class, so please ensure your clothing choice won’t expose you.
Yoga is typically practised barefoot, however if you feel more comfortable wearing socks you may.
It is advisable to bring a bottle of water with you to all sessions – slow or fast!
All equipment for studio classes is provided, however, if you have a mat that you would prefer to use, please feel free to bring it with you along with any props and accessories.
Each student will be provided with a yoga block, brick and strap during studio sessions, but again feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.
It goes without saying, if you are feeling unwell, please do not come to the studio.
The studio itself is well ventilated, with the option to open doors and windows, or even practise in the garden on sunny days!
All equipment is sprayed and cleaned between each session, so you can relax safe in the knowledge your space has been sanitised.
